Leadership has never been just about position for me—it’s always been about process.
I am an educator, leadership coach, and author who believes that meaningful leadership is cultivated over time, shaped through experience, and grounded in integrity. My journey has taken me through classrooms, coaching spaces, leadership roles, and seasons of challenge that tested not only my skills, but my faith and character.
As an educator, I understand how curriculum works—how growth requires sequencing, repetition, and accountability. As a leader and believer, I’ve come to see that life follows a similar design. God doesn’t rush preparation or skip lessons. He uses every season—both visible and unseen—to form who we are becoming.
I am the author of Cultivating Leadership for Sustainable Change, which was supported by a year-long national campaign with Black Leaders Worldwide, and Trust the Process: When God Writes the Curriculum for Your Life. Through my writing and speaking, I help leaders, educators, and professionals understand how faith, resilience, and integrity intersect with leadership and purpose.
At the heart of my work is a simple conviction: character must come before calling, and obedience before outcome. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and organizations as they navigate transition, pressure, and growth—reminding them that the process they are in is not wasted, but purposeful.
When I’m not writing or speaking, I enjoy mentoring emerging leaders and creating spaces where faith, leadership, and lifelong learning come together in practical, meaningful ways.
